Frequently asked questions

What is soft-landing support and when do I need it?

Soft-landing support covers the practical, on-the-ground work after registration: office and coworking setup, banking, insurance and IT onboarding, vendor selection, and local admin. It is most valuable in your first 30–90 days operating in Vietnam.

Can you act as our local operations team in Vietnam?

Yes. The Local Operations Retainer provides ongoing monthly coordination — vendor management, issue tracking, authority liaison, operating-status updates, and escalation support — acting as your single point of contact on the ground.

Are office rent and vendor costs included in the service fees?

No. Service fees cover our coordination and support work only. Office rent, deposits, coworking fees, vendor invoices, IT subscriptions, insurance premiums, equipment, and government fees are excluded unless agreed in writing.

Do you support restructuring or exiting Vietnam?

Yes. We support restructuring, downsizing, office exits, vendor and lease transitions, handover, and authority and stakeholder liaison. Complex transitions are scoped through a custom proposal with senior consultant review.
