1. Data controller

businesspartner.vn is operated by VNIS Vietnam Company Limited (Vietnamese legal name: Công ty TNHH VNIS Việt Nam, doing business as VNIS Group), business registration no. 0106023568, registered office in Hanoi, Vietnam, with a working office in Ho Chi Minh City (Bitexco Financial Tower — by appointment). The company is the personal-data controller under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

2. What we collect

• Contact & proposal forms: your name, work email, phone number, company name, service interest, the package configuration you selected, and your message.
• Email/phone correspondence: the content of our exchanges for advisory and proposal purposes.
• Minimal technical data: IP address and browser information strictly for anti-spam and security. This website currently uses no advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.

3. How consent works

Every form on this website requires you to actively tick a consent box before it can be submitted. The box is never pre-ticked, and silence or inaction is never treated as consent. We store the exact consent wording shown to you together with the timestamp, as evidence under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP. Marketing consent is a separate, entirely optional tick that has no effect on our response to your request.

4. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your inquiry, preparing proposals and performing service contracts (basis: your consent when submitting a form, and contract performance);
• Client care during and after an engagement;
• Complying with accounting, tax and record-keeping obligations under Vietnamese law.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.

5. Storage, sharing and transfers

• VNIS Group internal CRM: inquiries are managed centrally in the group's internal CRM so nothing is lost; access is limited to the engagement team.
• Infrastructure providers: the website and database run on cloud infrastructure (Vercel; Neon — Singapore region); transactional email is sent via Resend. These providers process data under their service agreements and security standards.
• Professional partners: where your engagement requires lawyers, accountants or other specialists, we share only what is necessary and tell you exactly who receives what.

6. Retention

Contact data is kept as long as needed to serve your request and for at most 24 months after the last interaction if no engagement follows. Engagement records are retained for the periods required by Vietnamese accounting and tax law.

7. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you have the rights to be informed, to consent, to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object, withdraw consent, and lodge complaints about the processing of your personal data. Send requests to sales@businesspartner.vn — we respond within 72 working hours.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections and stored on infrastructure with role-based access control. We sign NDAs on request before exchanging sensitive business information.

9. Changes to this policy

Updates to this policy are published on this page with a revised date. Material changes are notified to active clients.
