1. What this website does, and does not do
- This is the company’s own website. It presents, and takes enquiries for, services provided by VNIS Vietnam Company Limited itself.
- It is not a marketplace: there are no third-party sellers, no storefronts and no seller accounts.
- It does not sell goods: there is no basket, no ordering and no online payment on the site.
- It carries no live-stream selling and delivers no goods, so the decree’s provisions on live-stream rules and on delivery policy do not arise here.
- The pricing tool returns indicative fees. Every engagement is concluded under a proposal or contract signed with the individual client.
2. Our rights and obligations
- Give an honest account of the service, its scope and its cost before either side signs.
- Say when a matter is outside our remit or needs a practising lawyer, rather than taking it on and passing it along.
- Keep company information and personal data confidential under our Privacy Policy, disclosing to third parties only with consent or where the law requires it.
- Deliver the scope and the timeline set out in the contract.
3. Users’ rights and obligations
- Provide truthful information and documents, and take responsibility for their accuracy.
- Request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time.
- Raise a complaint through the mechanism in section 6.
- Not reproduce website content for commercial purposes without written consent.
- Treat the content as reference material, not legal or tax advice on a specific matter.
4. Service fees and payment
- Fees shown on the site and in the pricing tool are indicative service fees in USD, excluding government charges, third-party costs, taxes and contingencies.
- Scope, price and timeline are fixed only by a signed proposal or contract. Where the two differ, the contract prevails over the website.
- Payment terms, instalments and method are set out in the contract signed with each client.
5. Refunds and termination
- There is no blanket refund policy. Refund conditions and termination rights are set out in the contract signed with each client, and are provided before signing.
- Advisory and operational work is not goods, so no goods-return policy applies.
- Fees collected by a government authority or a third party are refunded according to that body’s own rules.
6. Complaints
- Complaints may be sent to sales@businesspartner.vn or by telephone on +84 37 463 9192.
- We respond within three working days of receiving a complaint.
- The resolution period is fifteen working days. Where more time is needed we say why, and by when.
- A client who disagrees with the outcome may take the matter to the consumer-protection authority or to court under Vietnamese law.
7. Protection of personal data
The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, which has its own section on security measures, retention and how consent works under Decree 330/2026/NĐ-CP on personal data protection.
