Candidate profile

You do not need to have a perfect background. You do need strong fundamentals, professional discipline and genuine interest in cross-border business.
You may be a strong fit if you are:
- Strong in business operations, legal, accounting, HR, research or client coordination.
- Comfortable working in English-speaking and cross-border business environments.
- Structured, detail-oriented and able to manage follow-through.
- Commercially minded and curious about how foreign companies operate in Vietnam.
- Ready to learn across several business functions instead of staying in a narrow box.
Experience that helps:
- Consulting, law firm, accounting firm or corporate services experience.
- HR operations, payroll, EOR, recruitment or employment administration.
- Market research, partner sourcing or business development experience.
- Client-facing experience with international companies or foreign managers.
- Strong writing, reporting, documentation and project coordination skills.
